Customer Service Representative
Primary Function Process and send out all Cutting for Approvals, Cutting for Identifications, and Disclaimers.
Working Environment Core workload occurs within a typical office environment.
Equipment
  • Computer- essential for function using Termlite and intranet.
  • Telephone- keeps in contact with sales representatives and customers.
  • Duties
    Provides Customer Service
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner.
  • Take orders over the phone concerning shipping, cost per yard, and availability.
  • Advise customers when their orders are expected to arrive and contact mills to verify whether an item is in stock.
  • Process CFA/CFI/Disclaimers
  • Send all dyelot cuttings for approval requested by customer on order via UPS 2nd day air.
  • Send all cutting for identifications on orders over 200 yards or per owner�s request via Next Day delivery.
  • Send all disclaimers to customers on orders that have low sales numbers or minimum order quantities.
  • Follow up with customers on a timely basis to ensure that they received the cutting and there are no issues with the sample.
  • Additional Task
  • Answer all incoming phone calls during opposite lunch hour.
  • Assist in maintaining specifier accounts.
  • Backs up Julie Acosta when away in checking in orders and dispersing general customer email requests that are received in our general email box.
  • Receives and sends out quotes to customers when Rory Gordon is away from office.
  • Enters orders into system when Kevin Jarzembowski is away from office.
